Since 1973, Portage’s mission has been to rehabilitate substance abusers and to help them to reintegrate into society. These individuals can now choose to adopt a different lifestyle, and can make significant contributions to their communities.

Thanks to the sustained commitment of our staff, our partners, and our donors, Portage has been able to pursue its mission and to continue to make a positive difference in the lives substance abusers and their families.

The contribution of everyone, at whatever level possible, is important. Every donation counts and the need is tremendous.

You can support the work of Portage by donating online. It is safe and easy. An income tax receipt will be issued for all donations of $20 and more.

MEMORIAL GIFT
You can honour the memory of a family member, friend or co-worker with through a gift to the Portage Foundation.

You can download the contribution form (PDF format) or fill out the online form, and write in the name of your loved one. The Foundation will inform the family of your donation and you will be sent a tax receipt for donation of $20 and over.
