The Portage Foundation

Since its inception, in 1973, the Portage Foundation provided over 25 millions of dollars for Portage’s various treatment and rehabilitation programs. 

The Portage Foundation is the trustee of Portage’s assets and ensures that the proceeds of fundraising campaigns and donations from private sources are used for the purposes that they were intended for, and in the provinces where they originate.

A Board of Directors that consists of volunteer professionals who are active in their communities is responsible for governance of the Foundation’s fundraising efforts.
